I’ve found Pandahall easy to use overall. The search actually works well, and the categories are laid out in a way that makes sense. I can usually find beads and charms quickly without having to click around forever. Checkout was simple too, which is always a “big plus” for me

For the amount you get, the prices are fair, and the quality has been decent too. I do wish the shipping cost was lower though. I haven’t had to deal with customer service yet, and to be honest, I’m kind of hoping I don’t have to because I never fully trust how helpful they’ll actually be.

I’ve ordered from Pandahall a few times now, everything’s been really good quality. The beads look just like the photos, which is always a relief, and the findings feel sturdy too. No complaints here at all

Not sure what else people expect, but I got exactly what was shown on the page. The description was accurate, the photos matched, and there weren’t any weird surprises when it arrived.

I like shopping on PandaHall because they have so many beads, charms, and findings all in one place. It took me a while to decide because there were so many styles, and I kept second-guessing myself like, “Am I picking the right ones?” lol. But it’s nice when you’re working on crafts and want a bunch of different options without having to search everywhere.

I know it was probably just a small question about my order, but I still wanted to check instead of guessing and possibly messing something up. Customer service got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. They explained everything clearly enough and didn’t leave me waiting for days. It was nice to actually get a real response when I needed help.

I was expecting the shipping to be kind of high, because some bead sites really get you at checkout. But for my order, the cost was fair and not worse than other places I’ve bought from.
Just a heads up, make sure you look at the shipping total before you submit payment, but at least in my case it was shown clearly with no weird last-minute surprise. My package arrived fine too, so overall I’m good with it

I ordered a few big lots of beads, charms, and jump rings from Pandahall for my small shop, and I was kind of second-guessing myself after placing the order because I had added so much at once. But the prices were really good, and the site made it easy to load up on what I needed.
Shipping did take a little while, though I figured that might happen with a bulk order. I kept wondering if I should have ordered earlier, but everything showed up packed nicely, with no broken bags or missing pieces that I noticed.
The quality was better than I expected for the price, which was a nice surprise. I’ll probably order again when I need to restock, even if I’ll likely overthink the cart for a bit before checking out.

I ordered some beads from Pandahall, and I was mostly focused on the shipping because I figured it would take forever coming from overseas. To my surprise, it got here earlier than I had planned for. I checked the tracking here and there, and while it wasn’t super detailed, it gave me enough updates to know it was moving. The only thing I really noticed was that dispatch took a couple of days, so I’m taking off one star for that. Still, overall I’m happy with how fast it arrived.

I’m a bit picky about being able to find what I’m looking for, so the stock situation was a little frustrating. A few of the items I wanted were out, but I did manage to find some decent alternatives. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, I just wish the inventory was kept more up to date

Everything went through customs without any hassle, and I didn’t get hit with any surprise import fees. Happy with how smoothly it all went.

I got everything I ordered, and as far as I could tell, nothing was missing. I even checked twice because I thought I might be overlooking something, but nope, it all seemed exactly right.

I’ve returned things from other online shops before, so I kind of expected the usual back-and-forth, and this was about the same. I had to send back a few items from PandaHall, and the return process itself wasn’t too difficult. The only downside was that the refund took longer than I thought it would. Support did get back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly quick. I did get my money back in the end, so it worked out, but the whole thing could definitely be a little smoother
